The Staff Pad has partnered with  reputed regional health care organization in Wausau, WI and we are seeking experienced Registered Nurses ready to advance their careers in a high-acuity, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex, high-acuity patient assignments
  
• Support and mentor new nursing staff
  
• Partner with leadership to promote quality patient outcomes
  
• Provide specialized care for cardiac and critical care patients
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin RN license ; BLS certification
  
• Experienced RN with critical care or step-down experience ; Cardiac care experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical judgment in high-acuity settings
  
• Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills
