Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 80s. Medication reminders as needed. Some light house keeping, laundry and tidy up is involved. Help needed with getting up and ready for the day- dressing, daily activities and incontinent care. Help transferring. Looking for a caring and compassionate caregiver. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, likes pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Some dementia experience is good. She likes conversation and sitting in the sun for short periods of time.
