Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay: $19/hour

Experience:

1. Previous warehouse experience required
2. Previous operating experience required
3. RF scanning experience required

Type: Full-time; Long-Term Contract

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00pm to 3:30am

We’re looking for motivated, active individuals ready to take on warehouse responsibilities and grow with us long-term.

Job Description:

1. Follow all safety procedures when lifting, carrying, and completing tasks.
2. Pick, put away, replenish, and move products to the correct locations.
3. Help with shipping/receiving and loading/unloading trucks.
4. Keep work areas clean and organized.
5. Work with the team to meet daily goals.
6. Assist in other departments as needed.
7. Lift and move heavy or bulky items, including overhead storage.
8. Organize and label products for safe, efficient storage.
9. Track inventory through audits, counts, and labeling.
10. Pack and prepare overstock items for orders or promotions.
11. Replenish inventory and move overstock to active picking areas.
12. Coordinate with warehouse teams to move stock smoothly.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Previous warehouse experience required.
2. Previous operating experience required.
3. RF scanning experience required.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Comfortable working at heights when operating cherry pickers.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
7. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
8. Must have reliable transportation.
9. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
10. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
