Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and at least 1 year of L&D travel nursing experience.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit within a large academic hospital setting in Boston, MA
- Rotating day/night shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Flexible weekend and holiday coverage required
- Responsibilities span intrapartum, postpartum, newborn care, and OR circulator duties on the L&D unit
- Charting performed using Epic EMR
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of L&D travel RN experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP — all must be AHA-accredited only
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- RN is expected to circulate in the OR in addition to providing intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care on the L&D unit
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
- No validated parking is available at this Boston location; public transportation is recommended, and public parking lots are available at candidate's expense
- Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
- Any requested time off must be disclosed at the time of consideration
