Step into a leadership role where tradition meets momentum. We’re a family-owned, fast casual pizzeria with nearly 50 years of craft, consistency, and community at our core and we’re looking for a Manager who’s ready to keep that fire burning.
This role is equal parts floor leader, food champion, and team builder. You’ll set the tone for exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every guest is satisfied and every order meets our standards with pride behind it. From coaching your team to upholding policies and procedures, you’ll keep operations smooth, efficient, and accountable.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through without reminders, and leads by example not from the sidelines, but shoulder-to-shoulder with the team. You believe in teamwork, actively contribute to it, and push both yourself and others to grow. You welcome feedback, refine your skills, and continuously look for ways to improve.
Starting pay is $17–25 an hour based on experience, with a clear path to advance into senior management for those who show initiative, leadership, and results.

What You’ll Do:
- Run the Shift Smoothly
Oversee day-to-day operations and keep everything flowing with calm, confident leadership. - Handle Cash with Confidence
Manage registers, deposits, and transactions accurately and responsibly. - Train by Doing
Provide hands-on training that sets your team up for success from day one. - Deliver Consistent, Quality Food
Oversee food prep, cooking, and presentation so every order meets our standards. - Keep It Clean & Safe
Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation practices at all times. - Care for the Tools of the Trade
Ensure all equipment, including ovens, is cleaned, maintained, and ready to perform. - Own the Open & Close
Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently and reliably. - Make Customers Happy—Every Time
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. - Lead Through Smart Delegation
Keep the team moving efficiently by assigning tasks and supporting where needed. - Stay Stocked & Ready
Manage food prep levels and inventory so the kitchen is always prepared.
