Position: Sales Trainee 

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay: $60,000 to $65,000/year + commission!

Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. 

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday

HB Staffing is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our dynamic and growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s eager to launch their career, grow into an Account Executive role, and build meaningful connections along the way.

Job Description: 

1. Conduct a high volume of sales of company services
2. Strategically allocate your time to activities that will best accomplish set goals
3. Conduct effective discovery meetings that uncover pain points aligned with services
4. Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems
5. Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM or other similar database
6. Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value
7. Forecast closed deals (sales, recruiting, etc.)
8. Educate users, clients, and prospects about services, providing relevant and accurate information

1. Ability to take feedback from managers and peers as a learning experience
2. Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization
3. Ability to build relationships and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously
4. Conduct sound business decisions analytically in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent follow-through skills and time management
6. Able to work independently and in a team environment
7. Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency
