Amazon Freight Partner Class A CDL Driver | Structured Performance Pay | Home Daily | 3-Day Workweek

Location: Bristol, CT

Schedule: 3-Day Workweek (13-hour shifts) | Home Daily

Start Times: Evening shifts available (2pm-11pm)

Base Pay: $24/hour + Structured Performance Bonuses

Earning Potential: Up to $32/hour total earning potential

Typical Annual Earnings: $50,000-$80,000+ (W2 with full benefits)

Job Responsibilities
• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle

• Haul Amazon freight (drop and hook, no-touch loads)

• Follow all DOT regulations and safety protocols

• Maintain logs and complete daily vehicle inspections

• Communicate professionally with dispatch

• Represent Stark with reliability and accountability
Basic Requirements
• Valid CDL Class A license

• At least 21 years old

• Clean MVR and strong DAC report

• Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test

• Comfortable driving to New York City (Bronx, Long Island, etc.)

• Comfortable working in a camera-monitored fleet

• English proficiency (DOT compliance)

• Comfortable using GPS and mobile driver apps

• Must maintain strong attendance and safety standards to remain eligible for performance bonuses
