Minimum Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist license for the state of application required.
- Experience as a Pharmacist. 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.
- Experience with hospital pharmacy practice preferred.
- Willingness to complete facility orientation. Orientation occurs on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in inpatient medication distribution and verification processes.
- Familiarity with hospital pharmacy systems and workflow.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00 to 14:00.
- Shift schedule: Days.
- Orientation conducted at the facility on specified orientation dates.
