Mammography Technologist – Outpatient Imaging
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift
A well-established, physician-led radiology practice is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join its outpatient imaging team. This full-time opportunity offers consistent daytime scheduling, modern imaging technology, and a patient-focused environment that emphasizes quality care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Position Overview- Permanent, full-time role
- Day shift schedule (no nights or on-call)
- Outpatient breast imaging environment
- State-of-the-art mammography equipment
- Patient-centered, team-based workflow
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Consistent daytime hours

- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with established protocols
- Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure patient comfort while maintaining professionalism and compassionate care
- Maintain compliance with MQSA, safety, and quality control standards
- Prepare and maintain mammography equipment and examination rooms
- Document procedures accurately within the imaging and reporting systems
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support timely diagnosis
- Educate patients on procedures and address questions or concerns
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- ARRT Certification in Mammography (Required)
- Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (as applicable)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and image quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
