Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while working in Thornton, CO. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical cardiovascular data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience. This is a client requirement.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ARRT (R) required.
• RCIS or RCES required. If RCIS or RCES is held, candidate must be willing and able to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to start.
• Experience with GE Innova fluoroscopy systems and Mac-Lab preferred.
• Experience with procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention preferred.
• Ability to take on-call responsibilities and be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab as required by the unit.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred.
• Previous holding area and monitoring experience preferred.
• Experience with pacer and ICD procedures, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress testing preferred.
• Positive, flexible, and engaged in high-quality patient care preferred personality fit.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 06:45 to 16:15.
• Typical unit patient ratio: up to 3 staff to 1 patient in procedural area.
• Must take on-call responsibilities with the team and participate in call rotation.
• Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab.
• Unit uses Meditech EMR.
