Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse—Operating Room provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Current licensure as an RN

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Current ACLS

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
