Forklift Operators – Full-TimeLocation: Jefferson City, MO Penmac Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity with a well-established manufacturing client in Jefferson City, Missouri. This facility offers a team-oriented environment with modern equipment and a clean, climate-controlled workspace. The Forklift Operator plays a key role in material handling and supporting daily production and shipping operations.

Pay and Hours:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Monday through Friday, Overtime possible including weekends. $17.00 per hour to start.

This is a full-time Forklift Operator opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Moving, staging, wrapping, and stacking materials from the press room and bindery areas
• Locating materials using shipping manifests and loading outbound trailers accurately
• Transporting raw materials to designated production departments
• Inspecting forklifts and related equipment and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Identifying damaged materials, shortages, or quality issues and reporting them promptly
• Following all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements for the Forklift Operator

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including weekends as needed
• Safety- and quality-focused mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Positive, effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team
