DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position will provide complex scheduling of state staff and contracted staff on all shifts for the 24/7 facility to ensure that each residential living area are fully staffed on all three shifts to include weekends, holidays, overtime and for training staff. This position will maintain accurate records for Time and Attendance (vacation days, SPF/FLMA, etc.) and overtime records by making revisions and updating unit overtime log sheets that could affect scheduling. Responsible to ensure the facility maintains the proper staffing levels daily for each shift as outlined by administration.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 2nd shift; 3:00pm-11:00pm, Th/F off & every other weekend off, with a 30 minute lunch.
- Hours may change based on operational needs.
- Travel and overtime as needed.

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
