About who needs care: Jamie has some memory issues and needs help with ADL's and some mobility... she recently took a fall and needs some help and her spouse can not provide all the help she needs. I am sure she needs help with meds, meals and personal grooming. About the care needs: She is fairly non-verbal but very calm so just needs some basic but skilled care Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
