Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including cardiac experience with post-cath intervention, balloon pump, and Impella.
Details
- Part-time position in a hospital ICU setting
- Night shift schedule: 2x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Cardiac patient population including post-cath intervention cases
- Specialized equipment used includes intra-aortic balloon pump and Impella
- On-call responsibilities are required
- Must be willing to float to all campuses
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Cardiac experience required, including post-cath intervention, balloon pump, and Impella
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- No blocked schedule requests will be approved — no exceptions
- Holiday and holiday week time-off requests will not be approved
- Former permanent employees must wait at least 6 months before being considered for this position
- First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
