Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our Inland Empire team, covering Riverside and San Bernardino counties! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-facing environment, enjoys striking up conversations, and wants to earn great money while helping homeowners discover energy-efficient solutions. You’ll represent Lifetime at top retail partner Costco locations and be part of a dynamic, supportive team focused on driving qualified leads for our products and services.

Schedule:
- This role requires availability on weekends and may include weekday shifts at high-traffic locations.
- Full-time schedules average 32–40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Engage with retail customers to introduce them to Lifetime’s home remodeling services and set appointments for free in-home consultations.
- Customer Engagement: Confidently approach customers, deliver compelling product messaging, and represent the Lifetime brand with professionalism.
- Retail Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with store managers and ensure booths are clean, branded, and inviting.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals and document all customer interactions accurately.
- Event Support: Occasionally support field events or showroom appointments when needed in the Inland Empire market.
Qualifications:
- People Skills: Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers in busy environments.
- Drive: Motivated by results and eager to earn commissions on top of hourly pay.
- Appearance: Professional presentation and ability to positively represent the brand.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to various retail locations in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions preferred but not required.
