Pay & Earnings

$70,000 – $80,000/year for 1st year company drivers
CPM pay based on experience
Annual pay increases
Weekly pay via direct deposit
$2,000 retention bonus — paid quarterly over 1 year
Production & safety bonus
Paid layover, detention, and breakdown pay

Home Time:

1 day home for every week out

2 weeks out → 2 days home
3 weeks out → 3 days home

How We Run:

11 Western states
10,000 – 13,000+ miles per month
Consistent freight — if you want miles, you'll get them
Pre-planned dispatch = less time at the dock
2023 or newer automatic trucks (refrigerators + fold-down bunk in every truck)
Samsara electronic logs and drive cam cameras
Fuel cards covering fuel, DEF, and scale tickets
Professional, friendly staff available 24 hours

Freight:

All freight is no-touch, with the exception of cookie loads (hand unload). Cookie loads pay an average of $250–$300 per trailer unloaded, plus mileage. Utah loads are all pre-loaded — no waiting.

Requirements:

CDL-A license
1 year of driving experience
No major tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
No SAP
22 years of age or older
