      - MFM: 18+ childbearing years
      - OBGYN: 14-90 years old
• Patient Volume: 20-25
• Support Staff:
      - MFM: 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 2 MAs
      - OBGYN: Clinic nurses, Front Office Staff, 1-2 Nurse, Registration Staff, Clinic & Office Supervisor, Practice Manager
• Procedures:
      - MFM
            - Pregnancy induced hypertension HELLP syndrome, Diabetes Type I, II and gestational, Cardiac Disorders – class II or higher
            - Pulmonary, Renal, Neurological, Autoimmune, Hematologic/oncologic disorders
            - Placenta previa/abruption, multiple gestation, vaginal deliveries, amniocentesis-genetic
            - Ultrasound: performance and interpretation, level II targeted, echocardiography
      - OBGYN: EMB, Colpo, pessary maintenance, PAPs
• Office Equipment:
      - OBGYN: Colposcope
• PEDS Level: III (MFM)
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active PA License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS
• DEA
