Pay and Benefits:

*This is a second shift position that requires training on our first shift for approximately 6 months*

• First shift hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday
• Second shift hours are 3:15 pm - 11:45 pm Monday-Friday
• The compensation is $28.32 per hour to start while training on first shift.
• The compensation once on second shift includes a $1.50 shift differential, bringing compensation to $29.82!!!
• This position is eligible for regular increases.
• Paid time off with paid holiday break at year end
• Full-time benefits start on the 1st of the month following your start date.
• 401k with 4% match

What you'll do:

• Operate 4 Axis Mill Turn Center to manufacture, at high speed, complex components
• Setup less complex components
• Program and read programs and tapes to be able to differentiate between each of the 4 axes
• Run, edit, and adjust experimental and production tapes using the machine console
• Employ extensive knowledge of cutting tools to monitor tool wear during machining cycles
• Perform inspection of all operations
• Preset tools and perform deburring or other operations as cycle time permits

• Previous machining experience in CNC Lathe and manual lathe/milling preferred
• Mazatrol experience a plus
