Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active Minnesota PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 6 months experience working as a PTA in a clinical setting. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Ability to manage daily patient volumes consistent with SNF caseloads (typical volumes: 8–15 patients per day).
• Ability to meet productivity standards and a guaranteed 36-hour workweek with an 85% productivity expectation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience.
• Experience with restorative programs and common SNF documentation systems.
• Experience performing evaluations and progressing skilled treatment plans under PT direction.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Days per week: 5.
• Typical daily patient volume: 8–15 patients.
• No weekend or on-call coverage required.
• Setting: Skilled nursing facility.
