Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Client requires experience with geriatric rehabilitation and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to follow therapist-directed plans of care and document per facility standards.
