- Shift: Days
- Hours are 8a-4:30p Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays.
- Flexible on hours to an extent (ex. If a clinician has to take their child to school each morning)
- Certs: BLS
- License: Active PT Licensure
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience as a PT required
- Home Health experience
- All contracts must have home health experience. EMR experience with Home Care Home Base preferred.
- Must have HH, HCHB and Oasis experience
