Physical Therapist (Contract)

Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $3,100/week (~$77.50/hour based on 40 hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a structured clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to support patient recovery and mobility.

Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in a similar setting
Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and provide physical therapy services based on patient needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy services based on physician referral or direct patient access where applicable
Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
Be available for consultation during scheduled working hours
Additional Requirements
Compliance with respiratory protection standards, including N95/PAPR clearance if applicable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
