Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care (Part B) therapy services preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 residents per day and meet a productivity target of 87% (client requirement).
• Dress code: navy blue scrubs (client requirement).
• New graduates considered if willing to learn and eager to work in a fast-paced SNF environment; preferred that new grads have SNF experience during Level II Fieldwork.
