Work Experience:- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ physical function and quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of IL. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
