Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
• Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Home Health experience required. Must be familiar with home visits and evaluating home environments
• Experience supervising or collaborating with PTAs and Home Health Aides preferred
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer functions, electronic documentation, email, and online training platforms
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits
