MSOE is seeking to fill a full-time 2nd shift Custodian I position on our Custodial Services team! This position will work 2pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday.

$18.00/hour

Shift available
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Training
4 weeks PAID training upon starting; training hours are 6am to 2:30pm.

Summary of duties for MSOE Custodians:

Clean public areas, including classrooms, labs, receiving areas, trash rooms, offices, restroom/showers, hallways, and lobbies.
Wipe countertops and tables; clean windows; move furniture; and clean furniture and decorative objects in common areas.
Clean restrooms/showers and scrub toilets, sinks, and floors.
Dispose of trash and recyclables.
Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop tile floors; and clean any spills that occur, including biohazardous materials and substances.
Operate cleaning equipment including but not limited to vacuums, brooms, mops and moping buckets, automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors and buffers.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and up to one hundred (100) pounds with assistance.
