Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA or relevant accrediting body.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment (DC).
• Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy or equivalent outpatient/home visit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems, electronic health records, and basic computer navigation (email, online training, HR portals).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
• 2-3 years of clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides when assigned.
