Job Details

- Required Qualifications: Valid active license in the state, minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, at least 0 years minimum experience, and a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient therapy experience, familiarity with electronic documentation tools
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Candidate must complete documentation directly with the organization outside of the agency's clearance process prior to starting. Candidates with recent permanent or PRN work at the organization within the last year should be redirected as they are not eligible to reapply until one year after separation. Candidates with previous travel or permanent work history more than a year ago should send their details for eligibility screening.
