Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience, AWHONN certifications, and a valid LA or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- Patient population includes labor, pre-eclampsia, PPROM, and OB ED cases
- Patient ratio of 1:2
- Performs C-section circulator duties and initial newborn care
- Uses birthing tubes
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:15–06:45
Requirements
- Active LA or compact RN license required
- Required certifications (all must be AHA-issued): ACLS, BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, and AWHONN Advanced
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed during the interview process
- 12-week contract
