Companion Care Needed

We are currently looking for an individual to join our team and offer care to an active 85-year-old two time stroke survivor. She needs help preserving and gaining back her independence. Our ideal candidate is physically active, patient, empathetic, organized and outstanding communication skills. Looking for someone to support person centered care, while assisting with ADLs & help with PT/OT /speech strategies, tools and exercises. Along with household chores, driving to appointments and having fun. Lives with her family, grandkids and a dog. Previous stroke experience a bonus.
