Pay Rate: $54.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Implement Quality Systems: Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS), processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor & Control Quality: Oversee production processes, inspect products or services, and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and potential problems.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure that products and processes meet established quality standards and relevant industry regulations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Manage Quality Teams: Supervise and guide quality control personnel, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills.
  • Report & Communicate: Prepare reports on quality performance, findings, and recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience with ISO standards and internal/external audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in quality or process improvement (e.g., ASQ CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and quality modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of advanced quality methodologies such as Design of Experiments (DOE), MSA, or reliability testing.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional quality improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
