Automotive Accounts Payable

The Tantillo Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Accounts Payable specialist! Office located in St James 

• Process and verify vendor invoices and statements in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all payments and vendor communications.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure payments are made on schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices.
• Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
• Support audits by providing necessary accounts payable documentation and reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience
