Target Salary: $75K plus depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and increase product quality
  • Investigate production issues, find root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design better workflows, tools, and systems
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering
  • Strong background in process improvement and problem-solving methods
  • Hands-on experience working in a production or shop floor environment
