Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated clinician (NP, PA, PA-C) to provide direct patient care alongside our physicians in a dynamic primary care setting. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients while working closely with a team that values collaboration, quality, and compassion. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret medical imaging and laboratory tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Provide patient education on health management, including telehealth consultations when necessary.
- Assist in clinical trials by evaluating patient eligibility and monitoring treatment responses.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and clinical practices related to primary care.
- Experience or training in telehealth services is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
