Salary: $80.00/hour
Firefly Outpatient LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care through individual, group, and family therapy, while supporting clients through all phases of treatment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, strong care coordination, and a positive therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients
- Facilitate active involvement of families and external providers (with proper consent)
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR (same-day entries required)
- Coordinate comprehensive care, including medical, psychiatric, vocational, and social services
- Monitor client attendance and engagement in programming
- Address behavioral concerns and document interventions promptly
- Approve and manage client and visitor pass requests
- Respond to client, family, and referral partner concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and document discharge plans, including community resource referrals
- Participate in crisis intervention and emergency response as needed
- Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding client updates and concerns
- Provide leadership, collaboration, and support to the clinical team
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and therapeutic rapport
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Psychology or a related field
- Active therapy license to practice in Oklahoma (required) (i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB screening and health clearance
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
