HVAC Technician Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to assist with the installation of split and package systems, with a primary focus on mobile and modular homes. This position also involves some ductwork installation, tying into existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC split and package systems in mobile and modular homes.
• Perform ductwork installations, primarily integrating with pre-existing duct systems.
• Assist in the installation of exterior 200-amp electrical services (no prior electrical experience required; training will be provided).
• 
  
• Experience: At least two years HVAC experience is required, but an HVAC degree is not mandatory.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a reasonably good driving record.
• Tools: Basic tools required for the job must be provided by the technician. Large specialty tools will be provided.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and crawl under homes and on roofs. Work is outdoors in extreme weather conditions (both hot and cold).
• Employment History: Candidates must have held at least one job for over a year. Applicants with multiple short-term jobs will not be considered.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work well with others and maintain a professional demeanor. Applicants with temper issues need not apply.
• Screening: Applicants must pass a drug and alcohol test and background check.
