Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Watertown, New York, 13601
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Day Shift 5 x 8 (07:00 am - 03:30 pm) 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Start Date: 04/06/2026 - 07/08/2026

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist experience
Must be Certified NBSTSA or NCCT certifications only
BLS AHA required
100-mile radius rule applies
Weekend, call, and holiday rotation required
Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in
May be asked to precept new staff

Key Responsibilities:
Function under the direct supervision of an RN
Assist in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients
Maintain sterile field and ensure surgical instruments are properly sterilized and functioning
Perform scrub duties with precision and efficiency
Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
Knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection processes in the OR
Support departmental responsibilities as assigned
