Hybrid Corporate M&A Associate Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of substantial M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm, including experience leading deal components autonomously.
- M&A experience in the technology and/or life sciences sectors is required for this role.
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
