Corporate M&A Associate

Am Law 100 firm representing overseas companies and investors seeks a junior or mid-level associate to join their Corporate and Securities practice group.

The candidate must have 2 to 5 years of corporate securities experience, especially mergers and acquisitions experience, and must possess a strong academic background, as well as strong written and interpersonal skills, as well as solid analytical skills.
