Hybrid Sr. Finance Transactional Attorney Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance transactional law, ideally within a large firm setting.
- Deep working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities is required to manage complex transaction workflows.
- Professional experience and working knowledge of leveraged finance transactions are essential for this senior-level position.
- Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
