Labor & Employment Associate

Am Law top 50 firm which is consistently ranked among the leading law firms is looking for an associate to join their Employment and Labor Practice group

The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of broad experience and sophistication in the area of employment counseling, especially as it pertains to statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment dimensions of M&A transactions. Some litigation and/or affirmative action plan experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and communication skills.
