Location: Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: $140K+ (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to provide in-home healthcare to patients across Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a PA passionate about patient-centered care who thrives in an autonomous, flexible work environment.

Position Highlights:
  • In-Home Patient Care: Provide primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative health services directly in patients’ homes.
  • Monday - Friday and Open to Part-Time
  • See 3-5 Patients a day
