Position: LPN Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Utica, New York 13502
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Start Date: 03/23/2026 06/20/2026
Shift: Night Shift (10:30 PM 06:30 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Position Highlights:
40-bed unit
Patient population includes MS, Orthopedic, Dementia & Memory Care
Must float to all units within the same building
EMR: Point Click Care
Locals accepted (at local rate)

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of LPN LTC experience
Active NY LPN State License
BLS Certification (AHA required)
COVID Vaccination Card
