Position Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider. This role is essential in ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively during overnight shifts
