Fleet Mechanic

Exciting opportunity for a 3rd shift Fleet Mechanic for an amazing company here in Syracuse, NY!

Ideal candidate must have:

• General knowledge of diesel engines and their components.

• Must be mechanically inclined.

• Able to make diagnoses and repairs on different most diesel equipment such as tractors and trailers. 

• Highly proficient with PM services.

• Be familiar, inside and out, with 12V electrical systems.

• Must be able to perform the basic of repairs to these types of systems.

• Proficient with computers.

• Must know basic welding principles.

• Must have own tools that are able to perform such tasks.
