Post Rehab Services at The Elms Center is hiring a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver compassionate, effective rehab care at a top-tier skilled nursing facility.
Your Daily Impact:
- Implement treatment plans designed by our licensed Physical Therapists, guiding residents through targeted exercises, mobility training, balance work, and therapeutic activities.
- Provide hands-on support with modalities, gait training, transfers, and strength-building to reduce pain, improve function, and promote independence.
- Observe and document resident progress, communicate changes to the supervising PT, and adjust sessions as needed for safety and optimal results, all while building trusting relationships with residents and facility staff.
