Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to enhance communication skills.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various communication disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Proficiency in using technology for assessments and teletherapy sessions.
