We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. This role requires strong technical proficiency in construction estimating and the ability to analyze detailed project specifications to develop accurate cost assessments.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. This role requires strong technical proficiency in construction estimating and the ability to analyze detailed project specifications to develop accurate cost assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project scope, design documents, and client specifications
- Analyze plans, drawings, and technical documents to ensure precise budgeting and planning
- Collaborate with project teams and management to align estimates with construction goals
- Use industry-standard estimating software for efficient cost modeling and analysis
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience estimating large-scale commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex project documents and deliver timely, accurate estimates
