Senior Employment Paralegal

We’re seeking a Senior Employment Paralegal who is eager to take ownership, support high-level litigation, and contribute to meaningful victories for employees across California.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
• Draft, cite-check, and proofread pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and trial documents.
• Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track critical deadlines.
• Conduct fact and legal research, organize evidence, and prepare case summaries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years focused on employment litigation.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law.
• Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills; ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
